Those of us, who have been around the Dance Music scene longer than others, are definitely excited about the return of Deep Dish.
Deep Dish has been one of the pioneers and embassadors of Dance Music in North America putting out albums in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Deep Dish’s success kicked off as an underground movement with Yoshitoshi Recordings in D.C , eventually crossing over into the mainstream awarding them Grammy’s and many worldwide tour dates.
In 2006, Dubfire and Sharam decided to take a break from Deep Dish and started working on their solo careers. Dubfire chose to experiment with the darker and more minimal side of the sounds of Techno, while Sharam explored the more Progressive, Big Room and Housey side of Dance Music. In March of 2014, Deep Dish announced their return with the release of their first single ‘Quincy’ on Virgin Records and since they’ve been performing at selected parties, nightclubs and festivals around the world.
You can find tickets for their upcoming show on Saturday November 1st in Los Angeles at www.DeepDish.com
