Youtube Changes the Game by Adding a Darude – Sandstorm Button to Their Videos

Edit: 4/1/15 10:55 PM PST: Apparently they’ve also rigged the search feature too. Any time you misspell an EDM artist name in the search it asks, “Did you mean: Darude – Sandstorm by Darude?”. This is fantastic.

We’ve seen a ton of awesome website pranks going on for this years April Fools Day. Amazon has a fake screen showing the 1999 ghetto version of their site that you have to click through before getting to the actual store. Google is claiming to now be a pioneering force in developing “Fiber Dial-up Mode” as a part of the “slow down the internet movement”.

Youtube has also joined in on the fun and added something truly amazing to their videos. A button appeared this morning with a music note icon in the center on their default player. Upon clicking the icon, you get to add music to the clip you’re currently watching. The kicker: the song is Darude – Sandstorm.
